Refund & Exchange Policy
NO refunds will be permitted, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
products must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. if you were to make an exchange for a product of greater value, you would then pay the difference. exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. any request after 7 days will not be honored. we will not exchange any merchandise which has been used or altered. ( brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft or processed) in any way. please exchange the item in the original condition you received it in. any coloring , bleaching, rinsing, cutting, removing hair from the weft automatically voids all exchange and replacement policies. due to the nature of the product wigs will not be refunded nor will they qualify for an exchange. if there are any issues with your unit upon delivery please email email@example.com

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7-21 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER DURING THIS TIME. USPS IS WORKING HARD TO GET EVERYONES ORDER OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US.
this time does not include the processing period.
Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.
(united states) can take up to 3-5 business days.
( International ) can take up to 7-21 Business days. all International orders MUST have a physical address. we CANNOT ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. in an effort to prevent fraudulent purchases, we will ONLY ship to confirmed addresses that have been verified as belonging to the purchaser per matching credit card and billing address. please make sure to check for any custom fees you may have where you live. you are responsible for these custom fees. all international orders are shipped via UPS/FEDEX/DHL depending on your location.
We Also do Not Ship During the Weekends. For Example if you Place An Order on Friday your item will Not be Shipped Off Until Monday.
You can Expect Delays in shipping during any sales we may have and the holidays.

All orders will come with a tracking number and require signature confirmation upon arrival. you will receive a tracking number via email to allow you to track your packages in real time and make any arrangements for delivery.
All Orders require a Signed signature
if you know you will not be home on the expected arrival date of your order you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office. if your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it you must contact USPS.
there should not be a situation where a package has been stolen or lost being that we require a signature to every order. but be that as it may Francois Hair Collection LLC is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. you WILL NOT receive a refund nor will your order be replaced.
